We charge $690 for attorney’s fees in simple Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.  However, this is only in cases where single filers “qualify” under the means test and there are no complex issues or issues requiring extra time to be spent by attorney such as, but not limited to, pending divorces,  re-affirmation agreements, joint filings, garnishments, self-employed individuals, calculating the means test, or complex business interests.
